Charleston, SC- Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, Inc. moves in a new direction with an organizational name and logo change.  Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, Inc will now be known as the Fetter Health Care Network.  

"For more than 46 years, Fetter has provided quality health services to our patients.  As we expand our services, we are emphasizing building healthier communities and imporving quality of life.  Martin Luter King said 'He who has health has hope.  He who has hope has everything,'" stated Reuben Pettiford, Chief Executive Officer.  

Fetter provides quality health care to children and adults regardless of their ability to pay.  However, we accept most insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Sheield and other private insurance.

The SCPHCA is the membership organization that represents all of South Carolina's community health centers, which are an integral part of the local primary health care systems in our state.  In 2012, the 19 community health centers provided affordable, community-based, and coordinated preventive and primary health care services to over 324,000 patients statewide.  Community health centers, located in 43 of the state's 46 counties, provide high quality primary, dental and behavioral health services to all patients while reducing inappropriate Emergency Room usage, overall health care costs, racial and ethnic health disparities, and other barriers to care.
