South Carolina Primary Health Care Association Membership

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association!

Any individual or primary health care provider or related health care organization whose mission is similar to the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association may become a member upon application for membership and acceptance of such application by the Board of Directors.

SCPHCA Membership Types

Organizational

Reserved for U.S. Public Health Service, Section 330 health centers located in the state of South Carolina.

Affiliate/Look-Alike

Any federally qualified health center, not a Public Health Service (PHS), Section 330 health center grantee.

Individual

Any individual interested in furthering the purposes of the Association.

Corporate

Any nonprofit or for-profit industry and business whose mission or programs support the advancement of access to primary health care and other purposes of the Association. This category includes, but is not limited to third-party payers/health plans, medical supplies companies, reference laboratories, group purchasing organizations, and businesses with more than 50 employees.

Associate

Any agency, business/industry, group or association whose mission and programs support the advancement of primary health care and other purposes of this Association. This includes mental health centers, primary care centers, state associations, and other community-based health care centers.
