Clinical Network Retreat Overview

Community health centers strive to remain agile and adapt to new priorities, operating models, and trends. With this year’s theme, “Integrated by Design: One Network, One Vision”, the 2026 Clinical Network Retreat continues to build upon the legacy of bringing together leading innovators and forward thinkers who will share how they calibrate to create a culture where innovation can flourish, and where our staff and patients feel empowered to contribute to the innovation process and help make change happen. We want to help increase their ability to respond to and evolve with the changing healthcare environment.

Being integrated by design means, the event’s focus will be on breaking down traditional silos, using a coordinated and systems approach to care to optimize performance. The creation of a highly efficient, synergistic, and unified health system is our top priority.

This year’s conference tracks will be delineated into five (5) areas:
1. Technology, Innovation & Quality Improvement
2. Clinical Evidence-Based Practice & Implementation
3. Innovations in Dentistry
4. Clinical Pharmacy
5. Leadership Excellence and Professional Growth

With an emphasis on value-based care and collaboration, sessions will focus on enhancing patient-centered care to reduce disproportionate health burdens, the need to strengthen services through integration, streamlining technology and operations, while emphasizing the importance of a strong workplace culture.

Reaffirming our goal and promise to be the partner of choice, we are diligent in our emphasis on improving population health outcomes through collaborative strategies and innovative approaches.

The conference will provide a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discussion on the advancements in evidence-based interventions in primary care, emerging clinical data, and strategies for implementation into our community health centers.

With a multidisciplinary approach, the Clinical Network Retreat is designed for physicians, nurses, medical and nursing associates, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, health educators, oral health professionals, and other clinical leaders – with the aim of increasing the competencies, skills, and performance for its participants.
