2026 SEA Retreat Overview

Formerly known as the Front Office/Revenue Cycle/Outreach & Advocacy Network Retreat, the SEA Retreat is a reimagined gathering designed specifically for the dedicated support staff who play a critical role in the success of community health centers.

This immersive three-day retreat brings together professionals from across the health center spectrum for a weekend of continuous learning, collaboration, and connection in a relaxing coastal setting. Participants will engage in practical sessions centered on outreach, patient experience, billing and coding, revenue cycle, and teamwork, all essential components in sustaining and strengthening the value of community health centers.

In addition to focused learning, the SEA Retreat provides meaningful opportunities to network with peers, share best practices, and gain fresh perspectives that can be taken back to your organization and put into action immediately.

What is SEA an acronym for?

S – Service

The S represents smile, speak, and service. These are the keys to quality customer service – the first aspects the patients notice whether in person or via phone.

E – Engage

We engage our patients and extend services to uninsured and underinsured populations. This is where our billing teams lend a helping hand.

A – Advocate

Our outreach staff and advocates help our patients beyond traditional medical needs. These staff members are in their communities to secure the needs.
