Chandra Beasley, MBA, MHRM, MNSA, MPA, CLSSGB

Director of Information Technology

Ms. Beasley serves as the Director of Information Technology (IT) for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA), overseeing the daily operations of the SCHCCN Program and internal IT systems. With over 15 years of experience in Health Information Technology, Chandra has gained extensive expertise in EHR architecture, HIE implementation and optimization, HL7, reporting support, and Quality Assurance testing. She holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Network Systems Administration, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Human Resource Management, all from Keller Graduate School of Management. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University.

T'Auna Cross, LPN

Clinical Informatics Analyst 

Ms. Cross serves as the Clinical Informatics Analyst for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA).  She is responsible for assisting SCHCCN participating health centers with the management of data in patient care and quality outcomes.  She brings over a decade of experience in the medical field, serving in both civilian and military healthcare settings. Her career includes roles as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Medical Technician, where she developed expertise in electronic medical record systems, data analysis, and clinical workflows. Known for her critical thinking, leadership, and adaptability, she has contributed to immunization programs, quality assurance initiatives, and advanced clinical care across diverse environments. During her service in the U.S. Air Force, she provided medical support in flight medicine, pediatrics, and dermatology, further strengthening her clinical and operational skills. Currently, Ms. Green is pursuing a Master’s in Health Administration from George Washington University, continuing her commitment to advancing healthcare delivery and administration.
